The check in time must be communicated at least one day before the arrival date.
Check-ins after 7pm are possible but are subject to a supplement (€5 for each hour of delay), and must always be agreed with the property.

The prices you find on the site are per accommodation per night.

When booking, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
The balance of the stay will be paid in the structure.
If a special non-refundable prepaid rate is chosen, the entire amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refundable.

Unfortunately our structure is not reachable by public transport.
A taxi service is available but must be booked well in advance.
Alternatively, it is possible to arrange transfers to and from San Gimignano with us at a cost of €10 each way.

All animals are welcome, upon request and with our consent, at no additional cost.

All our accommodations are non-smoking.
However, it is possible to smoke in the outdoor spaces.
