Rooms Prices: Euro 80,00 to 110,00 per day;
Apartment prices for 2 people: from € 455.00 to € 595.00 per week;
Apartment prices for 2 people: from € 70.00 to € 90.00 per day (min stay 3 nights);
Apartment prices for 4 people: from € 910.00 to € 1.015,00 per week;
Apartment prices for 4 people: from € 130.00 to € 145.00 per day (min stay 3 nights);
Extra bed: Euro 25 per day;
Buffet Breakfast: included in the price of the rooms; on request for the guests of the apartments (Euro 15,00 per person);
Reception Service: from 8am to 8pm;
Heating and air conditioning: included in the price;
Cleaning: every day for rooms, once a week for apartments;
Linen Change: every three nights, more frequently on request for rooms, once a week for apartments;
Hair-dryer: in all bedrooms;
Private Parking: free of charge;
Use of the pool: free of charge, including sun umbrellas and sun loungers for the guests of the B&B;
Internet Point: free of charge;
Pets: well-behaved pets are allowed;
Tourist tax: Euro 1,50 per person per day - San Gimignano.
Check-in: from 3 to 7pm (or different on request). Guests will keep their keys for the whole period of stay;
Check-out: from 8am to 11.00 (or different on request).
Bookings
In order to secure your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the rental price to be paid by Postal Money Order, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). The balance of 70% is to be paid on departure.
Cancellation Terms
Here is our cancellation policy for rooms and apartments:
- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival day, the deposit will be fully refund and no fees will be applied.
- In case of cancellation from 13 to 2 days before arrival day, the fee to be paid corresponds to the deposit and no further fees will be applied.
- In case of cancellation 1 day before arrival day, of a stay shortening and no-show, the fee to be paid corresponds to 50% of the total amount of the stay (out of which the deposit will be deducted).
